# Quickstart

> Launch Repllix in minutes, from setup to first live conversation.

This guide helps you go from account setup to your first customer-ready result.

## Before you begin

Log in to your Repllix account before you start.

## Step 1: Configure your agent

Set up your assistant so responses match your business voice and goals.

1. Open **Agent Settings**.
2. Set your agent name and company name.
3. Choose tone and language.
4. Enable lead capture and human escalation if needed.
5. Save settings.

## Step 2: Add and train knowledge

Teach Repllix how to answer your customers accurately.

1. Open **Knowledge Base**.
2. Add content from files, text, or Q\&A.
3. Train new content.
4. Open **Test Agent** and run real customer-style questions.
5. Refine your content until responses are clear and correct.

## Step 3: Connect channels

Connect where your customers already talk to your business.

1. Open **Integrations**.
2. Connect your first channel.
3. Confirm status is connected.
4. Send a test message from that channel.
5. Verify the conversation appears in **Inbox**.

## Step 4: Go live and operate

Move from testing to daily operations with confidence.

1. Monitor live conversations in **Inbox**.
2. Review and update lead status in **Leads**.
3. Handle escalations in **Tickets**.
4. Track limits in **Usage** and **Billing**.
5. Adjust settings as your workflows evolve.
