- Add content from files, text, or Q&A.
- Train new content.
- Open Test Agent and run real customer-style questions.
- Refine your content until responses are clear and correct.
Step 3: Connect channels
Connect where your customers already talk to your business.- Open Integrations.
- Connect your first channel.
- Confirm status is connected.
- Send a test message from that channel.
- Verify the conversation appears in Inbox.
Step 4: Go live and operate
Move from testing to daily operations with confidence.- Monitor live conversations in Inbox.
- Review and update lead status in Leads.
- Handle escalations in Tickets.
- Track limits in Usage and Billing.
- Adjust settings as your workflows evolve.
